Helene Rubinstein Pitzer
Owner, Posterlingua

Helene Rubinstein Pitzer has taught ESL for 25 years.  She
holds an MA TESOL, is the director of a college ESL program and has taught middle and high school ESL students as well.  She is also the author of Test Bank for Basic English Grammar, part of the Azar Grammar Series.

Helene runs an ESL program in a prominent New York design college and has this to say:

"The classroom has not kept pace with the evolution of aesthetics in the United States.  People from every walk of life are becoming fascinated with design.  Give a group of students a paintbrush and they will create rainbows and vistas in the corridors of schools.  Adults are watching home decor programs and following design blogs by the droves.  What is in your classroom?  Sepia?  A map of the United States?  Albert Einstein?  Presidents?  Time to add color and a breath of fresh air to your language classroom, lab and department."
